Below is the video for Day #2 of the Regulation Journey - Move Your Body (I Like To Move It!)
There are SO many ways we can move our body... and it is one of the fastest ways to change how we feel.
We can calm our body and our brain.
OR
We can energize our body and our brain!

Guided videos for energizing movement activities like:

Body breaks (aka movement breaks) are structured activities that support nervous system regulation...
Calming AND alerting!

Activities that use bigger muscles and that add: structure, predictability, rhythm and that are slower will be more grounding for the nervous system!

We can also move our bodies to feel more calm, relaxed and resilient!
I'll see you tomorrow in your inbox with a new video & resource!
